  • Context. An international health organization sought to establish a world-class training academy for health professionals but needed clarity on its business model and marketing strategy.

    Problem. The academy’s business model was uncertain. Key decisions about whether it would be for-profit or subscription-based, and how to position it in the market, remained unresolved.

    Solution. We conducted a thorough market analysis to assess the opportunity size, benchmarked existing academies, and organized focus groups and user testing to refine the marketing approach.

    Results. Based on our recommendations, the client was able to finalize the academy’s business model and marketing strategy with confidence.

  • Context. A public-private partnership aimed at improving vaccine access in developing countries sought to streamline and accelerate the grant disbursement process to recipient Ministries of Health.

    Problem. The grant management process was bogged down by complexity, bureaucracy, and inefficiencies, leading to delays, duplications, and unnecessary red tape.

    Solution. We facilitated a one-week Design Sprint, bringing together the grant management team with country representatives, partners, and innovation experts to reimagine and radically simplify the grant management process.

    Results. The team developed an innovative service blueprint that reduced the time between grant application and implementation by 6 months, significantly accelerating the process and increasing impact.

  • Context. A governmental multilateral agency responsible for negotiating trade agreements needed to enhance the efficiency and quality of its highly technical and complex translation processes.

    Problem. The Translation department was antiquated, working with old-fashioned culture and tools, and many inefficiencies that led to duplication of work and rework.

    Solution. We identified key inefficiencies and quality gaps, collaborating directly with translators to address the root causes and co-design solutions. By optimizing processes, upgrading tools, and redesigning the organizational structure, we enabled seamless collaboration and streamlined workflows.

    Results. A new organizational structure was proposed, and business processes were significantly simplified and optimized for greater efficiency and quality.

  • Context. Every two years, a global gathering of teacher unions convenes to tackle the most pressing challenges faced by educators around the world.

    Problem. The issue of health and well-being in schools emerged as a key topic that needed to be effectively addressed.

    Solution. We facilitated a full-day Open Space Technology session, an innovative workshop format that empowers participants to engage in deep, meaningful discussions and collaboratively design actionable solutions. This format gives participants full ownership and responsibility for implementing the outcomes.

    Results. The session produced an actionable plan, with projects led by teachers from various countries to be implemented over the following year. Participants reported a strong sense of contribution and empowerment, feeling fully engaged and responsible for driving the initiatives forward.

    Methodologies. Open Space Technology

  • Context. A humanitarian agency providing food in emergency crises sought to diversify its fundraising efforts by opening up donations to individual donors for the first time.

    Problem. The agency lacked the processes and tools necessary to communicate with individual donors and facilitate their donations. These systems needed to be built from the ground up.

    Solution. We brought together fundraising and marketing experts from within the organization to co-design a seamless Donor Experience. This included defining key Donor Archetypes and mapping their Donor Journeys. Based on these insights, we implemented the necessary business processes and IT tools to support individual donor fundraising.

    Results. The agency successfully established new processes and IT systems, enabling individual donors to make contributions and expanding its fundraising capabilities.

About me


French-Korean by origin and raised between France and China, I’ve studied and worked globally in places like France, Chile, Spain, and beyond. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I have extensive experience collaborating with global organizations tackling critical issues such as health, education, poverty, and climate change.

I earned a master’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris, a world-renowned university, in 2013. Since then, I’ve worked with NGOs, SMEs, multinational companies, and international public institutions—designing and implementing social impact projects, as well as delivering a wide range of consultancy and facilitation services.

What ties it all together is my drive to understand how human beings function—both individually and in groups—so I can help them achieve extraordinary results. This passion led me from studying social and political sciences to working in business strategy and organizational management, and eventually expanding my expertise with coaching.

Family, friends, and colleagues describe me as both a dreamer and a doer, combining creativity with organization, calmness with efficiency, and intellect with practicality. I approach every engagement with empathy, curiosity, and integrity. My versatility allows me to adapt quickly and take on new challenges with confidence.
